Help Maui, HI recover from wildfires

Friends, we all know what's happening in Hawaii lately due to the wildfires. Many lives have been lost, and many are suffering. Out of this tragedy we are presented an opportunity where we can all come together and help the community, which involves lots of kids and young adults.

Our non-profit organization, Returning Youth Initiative, has been operating in Hilo, Hawaii since early 2022. 

Our organization would like to assist the Maui community during in recovering from this disaster. Acting Hawaii state manager, Mr. Mosese and project coordinator Tihane DeRego, have been diligently working for the organization and making lots of progress. 

We would like to raise a minimum of $50,000 by August 30th so that we can deploy a team from our organization based in Hilo, Hawaii. 

Where Your Support Will Go:

  • Funding will support evolving needs, including shelter, food, financial assistance, and other services

  • Help students and professionals with meals a day.

  • The fund will provide immediate assistance to different businesses such as restaurant, and hospitality workers who have been displaced by the wildfires in a region that is home to the Hawaii Food & Wine Festival.

  • Help all people affected by the Hawaii wildfires. Your donation enables the initiative to prepare for, respond to and help people recover from this disaster.

We have partnered with IPG Law Group LLC located at 120 Keawe St, Suite 204J, Hilo, Hawaii to provide legal assistance and obtain federal benefits to those affected by the Maui wildfires.
