Dr. Surajit Khanna who is an Indian American, founder of this initiative and is a child safety advocate, and a servant of the underserved.  As an attorney Dr. Khanna volunteer his time on post-incarcerated young adults’ issues and Dr. Khanna helps those post-incarcerated young adults whose voices are not being heard: “voice of the voiceless”. He also supports mentoring opportunities with organizations providing appropriate supervision. 

 

Mr. Clem Yeboah who is an African American CPA, has an extensive career providing human resource management, finance and administration management, and project management to a wide array of industries including Non-Profits. Previously, he has been in internal executive positions such as the VP of Finance and Administration, an External Auditor for numerous organizations and a Management Consultant. In addition, Mr. Yeboah finds himself extremely familiar with issues impacting children as well as current solutions - or lack thereof. He is also Chairman of Voice of the Kids, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located in the state of New York.

Mr. Yeboah currently oversees the northeast region of the Returning Youth Initiative and the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO).

 

Mr. Mike Ajzenman who is of Jewish origins has extensive business reporting and management, and community relations experience with an MBA degree.  Mr. Ajzenman has over thirty years of experience in progressively challenging financial and compliance positions. These positions have included 20 years serving as the President of a stock transfer firm, where he was able to gain a vast spread of knowledgeable information and first-hand experience. His extensive background in conveying complex information across to large audiences possessing varying levels of knowledge has allowed for Mr. Ajzenman to stand out from the rest. 

Mr. Ajzenman currently oversees the pacific region of the Returning Youth Initiative.

 

Mr. Rafael Alvarez who is of Latino origin has more than 35 years of business leadership and an entrepreneur servicing minorities, with a heavy emphasis on the LatinX communities across the country. His emphasis has been and continues to be creating jobs in minority communities. Mr. Alvarez is an Alumnus of the Latinx Business Action Network at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California, which is a program created to help and take LatinX-owned businesses to the next level.

Mr. Alvarez is currently serving as the Executive Director of the Returning Youth Initiative.
