Founder, Dr. Surajit Khanna, is a child safety advocate, and a servant of the underserved. As an attorney, Dr. Khanna volunteers his time to post-incarcerated young adults’ challenges by being the “voice of the voiceless” and ensuring all young adults are heard.
Chief Accounting Office, Mr. Clem Yeboah is an African American CPA, has an extensive career providing human resource management, finance and administration management, and project management to a wide array of industries including Non-Profits.
Executive Director, Mr. Rafael Alvarez is of Latino origin and has more than 35 years of business leadership and an entrepreneur servicing minorities, with a heavy emphasis on the LatinX communities across the country.
Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Mike Ajzenman is of Jewish origins and has extensive business reporting and management, and community relations experience with an MBA degree. Mr. Ajzenman has over thirty years of experience in progressively challenging financial and compliance positions.

General Manager, Ms. Valli Anderson, is a young entrepreneur, who has experience as a trained care giver and posses excellent management/organization skills.
Spokesperson
Kevin Alan Skulczyck is a dedicated public servant with a lifelong commitment to leadership and advocacy. Born and raised in Montville, CT, he served 21 years as a Correctional Officer before transitioning into politics. He was elected First Selectman of Griswold in 2013 and later represented the 45th District in the Connecticut House of Representatives, where he championed the Federal Farm Act supporting hemp cultivation.
Currently, Kevin is the National Spokesperson for the Returning Youth Initiative, Chief of Staff to Dr. Khanna, and Ambassador for the Cross Over America project, promoting faith and community connections.
