Dr. Khanna’s Returning Youth Initiative started its first location in the state of Hawaii at
Hawaii County.
What are our goals in Hawaii?
Reduce recidivism, crime, racial tensions
Improve relationships between law enforcement and post incarcerated young adults
Bring new businesses and create jobs
Provide engaging and fun activities for young adults
Turning young adults into mentors
Foster young adult’s talents onto a national level
