Pathway 3M is a structured 8 week program, mandatory for all candidates enrolled under the Returning Youth Initiative.

The program focuses on personal growth through self reflection and self development, as well as some important basic life skills.

Through the program, candidates will be required to participate in mandatory workshops and group discussions where they will be able to engage with individuals who share similar struggles.

They will also be responsible for completing a project in which they apply themselves in the community.

Pathway 3M

PATHWAY 3M is an educational and tranquility developmental program designed for candidates to focus on improving or establishing their self-sustaining, positive lifestyle. 3M is a model that focuses on personal improvement, personal application, and career. This is geared towards the following curricula for 8 weeks:

  • 300: Personal Application

  • 301: Self reflecting  (week#1, 1 workshop, Reflection 1)

  • 302: Self-Development (week#2, 1 workshop)

  • 303: Self Esteem (week#3, 1 workshop, Reflection 2, Reflection Group)

  • 304: Self-Management (week#4, 1 workshop, Reflection 3)

  • 305: Time Management (week#5, 1 workshop)

  • 306: Communications & Interpersonal Skills (week#6, 1 workshop, Reflection 4, Reflection Group)

  • 307: Tailored Resource Focus (week#7-8, Reflection 5)

  • 308: Graduation (week#8)

Mentor:

All enrolled candidates shall be assigned a mentor. The mentor shall be responsible for guiding the candidate on their career and tranquility pathway until the successful completion of PATHWAY 3M. The candidate and assigned mentor must practice regular communication.

Elective:

All enrolled candidates shall have an option to select the below listed elective to develop their tranquility.

  •  Bridge to Faith

    • The Bridge to Faith program is created to give young adults a path of discovery to a prosperous future with faith. This program is offered in partnership with More to Come Fellowship, Victor, MT. 

    • This program is to obtain victory over those things in one’s life that are hindering, mastering, controlling and preventing a person from being free to serve the God, the creator. God rewards one’s diligence in the study of His Word as one becomes equipped to overcome, conquer and have victory over a particular sin or negative life dominating thought, action or speech.
