West Virginia, Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, Arkansas, and Florida
Returning Youth’s Regional Headquarter is located in Florida
Regional Director
Gary Scarano, Regional Director
He is a Columbia University MBA graduate and was a National Senior Product Manager for Verizon. He managed the first launch of a national Calling Card by a Bell company and was interviewed by CNN twice, (once on the Lou Dobbs Show), and by the New York Times.
Current Status
We have established our main administrative building and Safe Haven in Volusia County, Florida .
